Yarnspinners Tales's Podcast

Welcome!  This is a periodic podcast all about my experiences making yarn through the process of spinning.  All areas of the process are discussed, and there will be something here for any spinner, novice or experienced.  There is a Ravelry group for podcast listeners, called Yarnspinnerstales Spin In. Please join us there.

If you are a current listener and have not been receiving automatic updates, please go to iTunes or Stitcher, and under podcasts search for Yarnspinners Tales Podcast.  It should show up and you can subscribe again.

If you like to download and listen off line, check out the new player here on the webpage by each episode, it has a nifty download button now!

It's a good day for snuggling up with some warm fiber and spinning.  In today's podcast I talk about an unusual fiber cashgora.  And later, while spinning this fiber, I have my yarnspinner tale about balance.

All music in the podcast today has the theme of snow, and I would like to give a big thank you to the following musicians for sharing their songs with us on the Podsafe Music Network.

Snow  by The Standalone

Snowman by the Egerton Boys

Snow by Comfortable

Snow Angel by Laura Hughes

And a final thank you to Clare Dowling for the Spinning Song and Wren Ross for BaaBaa Black Sheep.

It is yarnspinnerstales on Ravelry, but I guess you have to type it all as one word to find me!

Hi! I love your podcast and I learn so much from you. I especially liked your talk on balance, and as it happened, I was listening to it tonight as I did my yoga. That\\\'s something that teaches about balance, like spinning does.

I can\\\'t find you on Ravelry. I thought you said your name is Yarnspinner\\\'s Tales on there? I\\\'m Profusion if you\\\'d like to drop me a line there or else email me to let me know your name.

Thanks!
